Renovation, restoration and additions to 100 year old waterfront colonial style home. The design was approved by a Historic Preservation Committee prior to construction. The original colonial section of the structure was maintained and the additions were added to complement the existing structure. Custom farmhouse colonial home design gracefully situated along curving street a short drive to the beach.

LOVED this architect's renovation work photos on his Web site. Emailed for more information. Got immediate response and spent time on a phone call discussing what it was I wanted to accomplish. I had 3 external cosmetic enhancements I wanted to do, and wanted advice about moving one internal wall.
