It was our first time and we were very happy with our stay! The rooms were very clean, the bed linen smelled clean and fresh. The staff was very kind and accommodating to us! Great breakfast! I would definitely recommend to my family and friends!

Had to leave early and the staff was excellent about it. Only charged for nights stayed. They were very professional and pleasant. Nice place to stay.

Amazing customer service…. Clean room… love the continental breakfast and all the amenities made traveling with children so much easier… have stayed her many times over the years and always recommend to others. We will continue to book and stay here! Super friendly and accommodating staff!

Great location. Great restaurants and coffee within walking distance. The staff was great, very helpful, and accommodating. For now, due to Covid they like many other hotels have a grab-and-go breakfast. But unlike other hotels, theirs is the best.

My friend and I stayed at The Palms on August 24, 2021. Our stay was delightful. The hotel manager, Brie was especially accommodating to all of our requests. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Our room was clean and had just enough space for our needs. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. We can’t wait to stay again!
