Very quick and easy service, will come out and take care of any lock problems you might have. Lovely customer service from all of the employees.

-If you bring a key in they can make a copy in record time
-Very cute little store with ample parking
-Cool key accessories

-Do not require masks in store. (I'm pretty sure the receptionist was exposed to it at one point because she was out for 2 weeks)
-If the lady receptionist isn't there, the 2 other men that work there have no idea where your stuff is. (I made a request

Great service. Got locked out of our camper at a state park. Called them and a very polite young lady answered. Explained out issue with them and where we were and that our money was also locked in the camper. No problem, she dispatched a very nice and knowledgeable technician to visit out campground and assist us. Arrived very promptly and did a fantastic job for us. We couldn't be more pleased with them. They are very worth calling if you have any lock related issues. Thanks so much Thompson people!!

Best service ever! I locked my keys in my car after getting off work. I called and the man arrived where my car was super quick! I've locked my keys in my car before and it was 2-3 hour dilemma, Even with Triple A! I can't express how great this service was!!! By the way price was fair compared to others I've used! Thanks again for awesome service!

Brought our safe down from Phoenix, lost the combination years ago.
Craig said it took him less time and charged us less than the quoted price, amazing!
If that doesn't make you loyal to this business!!!
I also had a key made, that Home Depot couldn't make and they did it on the spot.
Strongly recommend this shop--worth the drive from Phoenix!!!
