Not enough parking, A very RUDE old lady approached me to move my car. Even though the signs did not say restricted parking and I was a patient inside the same building. It said, car would be towed. But I assume I was seeing a Doctor in the same building. The parking in the apartment complex also said car would be towed. So where do you park? I did not gain anything for parking where I parked. I just wanted to see my doctor. Hopefully my doctor will be moving soon. The only thing the little WITCH should have said, was that I needed to move my car because that was reserved parking. Not threatening

Cosmo or Cosmos has favoritism and he doesn't know anything about scheduling but , jumping me from post to post to only make 15 hours weekly while his friends or his people who hired right after me have gotten a permanent shift or position. So, I ended up leaving the company with their 15 -20 hours hope he's happy now .

This company does not pay their Sub-Contractors. Worked with them thru their Newark NJ Branch (That is out of business now thx God) and they would never return calls about invoices that never got paid. They would forward me to the FL location sometimes and then FL would forward me back say you need to talk to NJ.. Bunch of Thieves at this company. STAY AWAY if your smart.

This company and their guards deserve 0 stars!! I really question why do they even exist in the field of security if that is the least they do for people. This company is hired in the complex that I reside in. We pay a really high HOA to have "security officers" to be "safe" but those are the least of their concerns. Cambridge security needs to be on top of their employees and the customer service they provide to the residents that provide the budget for them to have a JOB!! The incident happened at the gym in my complex where one of their employees screamed at me and harassed me out of the premises

If I can give zero stars I would, Higher up management dont know what they are doing and on top of that, they talk and handle the guards any type of way. Jealousy and favortism is so real at this place of business its in the atmosphere. I think the owners of this company need to revamp their whole management staff and really look into their messy ways and situations, if not this company will continue to fail and received rating like this.

Do not ever ever deal with this company!!!! Management is beyond unprofessional, and their security guards do not care about the security of residential properties. An incident occurred, and I called the company direct to see how they would handle the situation. Not even an apology and took no accountability for their staff. They had one job and failed miserably. If there was a way for me to chose 0 stars I would!!! Stay away!!!

Great company I had to resign due to my other job. But they worked around my schedule. Great staff. Didn't have to pay for my uniform like any other company. It has a family environment not a corporate environment. Definitely if you're willing to put in the work they'll give the hour especially overtime. Meet the director and head operational manager they were very welcoming in the company and was nice to show me around and explain everything to me. And if you're looking to move up and grow in a company you should definitely apply with them.
