We pride ourselves in designing HVAC and plumbing systems that are both efficient and cost effective.
With over 30 years of geotechnical engineering experience over a large variety of projects in Oregon and California, our Geotechnical Department specializes in the region's unique soil, drainage, and seismic conditions. We provide complete geotechnical engineering services to support engineers, architects, contractors, planners and engineering staff of industry and local/state government agencies.
The Marquess Electrical Department's extensive skills and services are an essential part of designing today's highly automated and power-dependent buildings and developments. Cost effective, energy conserving design solutions are required for compliance with energy codes and essential to resource preservation and operating cost management.

I reached out to Marquess & Associates for some advice on the feasibility of building a new home on a particular hillside lot in town. The information and expertise shared was invaluable and helped us to steer away from a potential money pit. All "little" details and problems that we had never considered.
