I wish I could give this company less than one star. I will usually not write reviews, neither good not bad, for companies but this has to be the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with.
The gentleman who contacted me, Mr. James Cook, was EXTREMELY unprofessional. I had several phone & email conversations with Mr. Cook and he was never open to helping me out with what I needed. He always sounded very frustrated on the phone - as if he was doing me a favor by giving up his time to talk with me about what I needed.
In our final conversation, I followed up with him about an email I send
