Max C. Feldman, Esquire is a 1985 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, and a 1989 graduate of the University of Dayton School of Law. While at Dayton, Max held the distinctions of being a member of the law review in his second year, and a law review editor in his third year. Max has authored, co-authored, and contributed to various articles published and available in law libraries nationally.
Criminal law involves prosecution by the government of a person for an act that has been classified as a crime. Civil cases, on the other hand, involve individuals and organizations seeking to resolve legal disputes. In a criminal case, the state, through a prosecutor, initiates the suit, while in a civil case the victim brings the suit.
Bankruptcy law provides for the reduction or elimination of certain debts, and can provide a timeline for the repayment of non-dischargeable debts over time. It also permits individuals and organizations to repay secured debts - typically debts with real estate and vehicles pledged as collateral - often on more favorable terms to the borrower.
I have been a client of Max Feldman for ten years now. In those ten years my family and I have struggled with custody issues with a former girlfriend (the mother of my oldest child). From the begining, it has been a struggle to first even be able to see my our child. Max and his staff were very supportive and empathetic.

My case seems far from over to me, but my experience with Max AND His staff has been nothing short of excellent! I've been difficult to deal with at times I am certain as I think anyone would be under extreme stress and circumstances. Max is the first Attorney I have experienced that listened to Me.
