Our teeth are something meant to last a lifetime, and take the wear we give them from every day. Sometimes, however, teeth can become damaged (from cavities or even cracks in the teeth), and the tooth can become infected. This infection works away at the pulp of the tooth, the network of blood vessels and nerves within.
Cosmetic dentistry is a term generally used to refer to any dental work that improves the appearance, not function, of a person's teeth, gums, or bite. Cosmetic alterations generally include things such as teeth restoration, crowns, inlays, onlays, bridges, veneers, and also tooth whitening. The appearance of a healthy smile can improve your confidence as well as your quality of life.
Gingivitis Plaque and its byproducts irritate the gums, making them tender, inflamed, and likely to bleed. Periodontitis Unremoved, plaque hardens into calculus (tartar). As plaque and calculus continue to build up, the gums begin to recede (pull away) from the teeth, and pockets form between the teeth and gums.
Implants can best restore for our patients what they have lost or in some cases never had. We take pride in the fact that we are the first dental office in our area to both place and restore the implants. This allows us to control costs for the patient as well as to ensure we obtain the best outcome possible.
The Dental Implant Center not only provides you with state of the art dentistry but we also have several convenient payment options for you to choose from. We offer interest free payment options for 3, 6, and 12 months through national lenders such as Care Credit. If you so choose, you can finance your premium dental care through one of these lenders for up to five years at a competitive interest rate.

Never have I been more embarrassed and frustrated. I am someone who takes pride in my credit and ability to provide for myself financially. I received several statements from Gentle Family regarding bills. I called on three different occasions to be told that the office was handling this with my insurance company and not to worry. Late last week I received a not so professionally written letter dated 1/29/20 stating that I had 10 days to pay a $104 bill. Something I could have easily taken care of, however received the letter late. Today I come home to get another poorly written. Letter that states

Dr. Wilke is kind and very aware of keeping his patients comfortable. I needed a crown, and I can honestly say I wouldn't choose anyone else to attend to my dental needs. He is excellent.

I have severe dental anxiety and all of the staff there were beyond compassionate and completely patient with me. I have had my teeth cleaned hygentist explained everything and was thorough. I just had my first of a few scheduled appointments (as some previous dental work is failing all from previous dentists in various places) and it was the best experience I have ever had.

As an existing patient, I made an appointment to deal with a filling problem here and specifically asked to make sure there would be adequate time to fix it. I had to wait a 2-3 weeks to get that appointment even though they knew the tooth was bothering me. The appointment was later in the afternoon. I had to leave work early (missing over 3 hours work) to get there. Then when I arrived, the dentist was running late and I ended up waiting close to an hour in the waiting room. But then when I did finally see him, he pretty much did nothing and made no attempt to work on my tooth. Rather, he dragged
