Our company has used the payroll services from Cloud Payroll for many years, and their Customer Service is EXCELLENT ! We are not experts in payroll, and when we have an issue with a person's final check, a deduction issue, or even if we submit a wrong payroll, they have always been Johnny on the spot, to fix my errors or help me fix my problem. I highly recommend this company for payroll services !!! They are high tech, but also do things the old fashion way....THEY EARN IT !!

We've been working with Brian at Cloud Payroll Pros for several years now. I would highly recommend him for all of your payroll and HR needs. The thing I most appreciate about Brian is his professionalism. He stays on top of all new laws and any developments that may affect your payroll (i.e. PPP). He is always there when I need him. We have been very pleased with the exceptional customer service we have received from Brian Bigham and other staff at Cloud Payroll. This is the fifth payroll service (including three national companies) we have used in 25+ years of being in business in two states, and they are by far the best. We've been through a lot of payroll companies-all of the major ones and never had as great of service as we do with Cloud Payroll. I can always get someone on the phone right away if I have a question or need help with something. They are very helpful and responsive. I refer all of my fellow business owners to them!
