My company hired Eric to update the wiring in a house that was being rehabbed. The bid was aggressive but I had used his services once before and was satisfied with his work. On the second job he sub contracted the work without telling me and gave someone I had never met or had knowledge of the lock box code to the house. Several issues were later discovered with the work performed. Eric argued with me and my HVAC contractor. He refused to correct the problems and became very defensive that he was being bothered while on a month long vacation. Go with a contractor who stands by his or her work
