I han appointment at 12pm. I was told to wait 20min. I waited until 1pm. The lady came to me and ask me another 20/30min. The way they were working, is gonna take another hour for my turn. Totally unprofessional. They don’t have any commitment for the customer; don’t care attitude ; and don’t care about someone’s time. If i knew they can’t finish the job done , why they take appointment?? Poor service. Please don’t go there. If u go there, they will kill ur 2/3hours for your service. Didn’t even say a word ‘sorry’ . Very Poor customer service who work in-front of the desk. Disappointed

I had a great experience. Jay sold me and installed a top of the line head unit for me. It's a Sony XAV-AX7000 with a back-up camera and Android Auto (or CarPlay). My 2012 Jeep Liberty feels like a new car to me now. 🙂
The sound is amazing because of the internal amp. It makes my stock speakers sound so much better.
The installation was very professionally done. No visible wires for the camera or microphone and it looks like it was the original radio and touch screen.
They were fast and helpful. I would highly recommend D & R and Jay.

Horrible experience, absolutely would not recommend them. I was quoted a price, and when I got there the price for the same service was higher. That's not the problem though. I went in for a remote car starter (this was a few months ago). My car battery was dying, but had a jump before going in for the appointment. The car ran for a while without turning it off, and then I made the 25 or so minute trek to their location. No problems with the car. I shut it off and walked in (they have a poorly set up garage entrance). They told me to bring the car in the garage- which I did, it once again

Very professional staff. Had a new remote car starter put in and they were super helpful and did a thorough job of explaining it from the sales process to the post installation process. When I dropped the vehicle off I had an issue with the battery and it would not start. (happened earlier in the day as well). They were nice enough to put the new battery in for me! This was an added bonus for me, especially considering it was single digits outside. They did a great job and I'm super satisfied. Appreciated the extra effort!
