For appointments you are assured to be the only client in the store and that the whole store has been disinfected before you come in. This allows each client to visit us within their own comfort levels.

If you find that within 90 days you are not satisfied with your mattress selection Mattress Galaxy in its sole discretion may allow you to exchange your MATTRESS for different mattress selection.

Purchased a new mattress from Mattress Galaxy and the process could not have been better. The staff was very knowledgeable and provided great information on the entire sleep process. She listened to my preferences and helped me find the perfect mattress. Delivery was easy and quick and they took away my old mattress for recycling, which almost no other stores do. Prices were low and they don't follow the everything is priced high but always on sale scam that big stores do.

We just purchased a matress from Matress Galaxy. We highly recommend them, they were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they even moved mattresses to different adjustable bases so we could see how the matress we wanted felt on the base we wanted. They also made sure we recieved the best price. Great customer service from purchase to set up.

We stopped at Kudos and had stopped at the New Richmond location the week before. As we were getting closer to purchasing we stopped into this location to try a few again. We have been to about 10 stores total, no joke. The owner was super helpful and his kids were so cute in their masks. Refreshing for sure from the rude service we've gotten in other stores. No pressure to purchase, answered every question. When we buy one for ourselves (this one is for our daughter) we will buying from Mattress Galaxy again no question.

Excellent customer service. Family owned business. Tom was knowledgeable, was comfortable in giving us time to make our choice. Didn't feel pushed. Definitely a nicer experience than a "big box" mattress emporium. Delivery setup was efficient and respectful of our time as a customer. We will return!
