Ray and Nate at Meritage Auto were amazing to work with. We drove over two hours to purchase a car from them and not only were they great to work with, but our family felt that they were looking out for our interests. We wish we lived closer, so we could use the shop for our repair and maintenance needs!

I am so excited to write this review for the Meritage Team!! I have really struggled to find quality care for my cars over the years so it's a major relief to have found this shop. They tackled what was a stressful and complicated challenge (to me) with our BMW - solved it - but more importantly treated me with so much patience, care and respect along the way. They educated me about my options, worked with me to find solutions that were as cost effective as possible, and stayed in communication to provide me updates. I purchased my Miata from them a couple of months ago. They had great customer service and very nice staff. Car is in fantastic condition and I didn't feel like I was being lied too or being taken advantage of. Great place to buy a car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

We where on our way to Tahoe when my Honda CRV suddenly started to loose power and the check engine light turned on. With two small kids in the car and a brutal 1.5 hours left in our drive we got off at the next exit and found this mechanic shop. After desperately explaining what was happening the Hasti came right out to check out our car. Around 30 min later our car was fixed and good to go! We could tell the garage was very busy but Hasti dropped everything to help a family in a sticky situation. Highly recommend this shop!!!!!

Since moving to Auburn area I have used Meritage for all my MB needs. I cannot speak highly enough of the service they offer. Always happy, always welcoming and car is frequently finished earlier than estimated.

Meritage Automotive is top notch. When I moved to the area about two years ago I was looking for a Indy shop to service my vehicles. I have always been VERY satisfied with their work, honesty, and knowledge. I've had my Mercedes, Nissan, and Porsche services here and will continue for many years to come! Could not be happier!

I don't usually write reviews, but this auto repair facility is the best I have ever been to. A major front wheel bearing failure on I-80 40 miles east of Auburn left my truck not drivable. After a tow and dropping the car off on a Sunday night, Hasti was the right person to assure me the would take care of the situation and get me back on the road. They worked hard to complete the repairs that Monday and were successful. Haste's confidence is well supported by her competence. Staff is super nice. Place is clean. They checked my car out and shut my check engine light off for free. Even gave me some solution to help clean out my catalytic converter for free. Here's the best part - they recommend I check out a few of the local areas because the part I needed was going to be really expensive for them to order. Wow! That's honesty and customer service at its finest. I'd be happy to recommend them to my family and friends.

I only trust 2 people in the car business on the planet and Ray at Meritage is one of those 2. He has been servicing our E500 for. A few years now and would never dream of taking it anywhere else. When it came time to get our teenage daughter a car when she got her license it was a no-brainer to get it from Ray. He found us the perfect car and made sure it was in tip-top shape when he handed it off to us. Ray and his crew always fo the job right and always do the right thing. Mid-day Saturday and we were on the way to the Sierras when we started to smell burning coolant in our RV. Even though their shop did not handle RVs, Ray was glad to take a look and let us know what we needed to do to safely proceed. A few handshakes a quick stop at the parts store and we were on our way. Ray and Tyler are over the top professional. They took my SLK 350 in for service and found several things that needed repair that were covered by the warranty. Tyler went to work and got all the items covered. Then they recommended a major service and also pointed out some potential long term issues. I decided to get everything done at once, and they gave me a nice discount. I couldn't be happier with the service and overall experience. So much better than the place in town I was using before.

We've taken our autos there for various ailments and he's always been very honest. He could have told us our older Ford Expedition needed a way more expensive fix but knowing it was older and we weren't going to keep it for much longer, suggested we do the cheaper yet still effective fix.
