We want to thank the entire crew of "Nielsen Well Drilling & Service, LLC." "Roadie," Joseph, Chris, Graham, Butch, Lawson and each one of you who gave more than just a days work. The pride was obvious and it shows. We witnessed professionalism, kindness and impeccable work, both aesthetically and beyond. We recently had Nielsen Well Drilling install our new water well, 5,000 gal storage tank and solar system to power it all. Working with Chris, Lawson and the team was just a great pleasure. Everything about the process went smoothly for us. I honestly was very impressed with their timely communication and the quality of their work. This was our first experience having a well installed and Chris did such a great job making us feel comfortable from start to finish. I am one that values great relationships and we will always be going to Nielsen Well Drilling for our future needs.

Nielsen well drilling installed a vault at my cabin, which holds my pressure tank, all of the electrical associated with my well, actually everything except the well head itself. Everyone was super nice that dealt with this project from the original quote through the final product. All of the work was done very professionally and I would highly recommend Nielsen Well Drilling for any kind of work associated with wells.

It is extremely gratifying to know that there are still family owned and operated businesses that hold themselves accountable. Nielsen Well Drilling is one of those companies. On June 14th 2021 I began experiencing issues with my home well. I contacted Chris Nielsen at Nielsen Well Drilling and by June 16th my issues had been resolved. Chris took the time to ask the right questions, supply me with the correct information and provided me with all the materials needed to insure a successful outcome. I contacted 4 different companies about drilling a well for me. Only 2 got back. Nielsen contacted me two days after my contact, and the other company didn't for 3 weeks.
On top of being quick with getting back to me, they were quick with the drill, quick with the paperwork, and professional through it all. No complaints from me at all.

Our well is finished and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work done by Nelson will drilling service. Chris is personable, and many of his family were members of the well drilling crew. They certainly take pride in their work, the job done was very professional. In the initial proposal, there were many options to choose from, so I chose the solar option with a 2650 gallon water tank. The solar panels were some of the finest I've seen, I was very concerned about the windstorms we have here in Concho, but after one day of 50 and 60 mile an hr gusts, the panels did not budge and held up very well

First contacted Chris Nielsen August of 2020 and met with him at our property to discuss a new well. Chris was personable and took the time to explain the process. He discussed potential scenarios on finding water at different depths with the associated costs.

After struggling for nearly a year with the original driller and service provider to repair my system, I finally made a call to Nielsen Well Drilling. It was the absolute best choice I could have made and I wished I would have done it sooner. Everyone of the employees I encountered are a pleasure to work with.
