Spent a great deal of time looking for a reputable construction company to remodel my kitchen. I found Ralph Schonian at RES Construction and was so impressed with his consultation with me. He explained how he runs his business and how he would draw up all the plans, give me lots of options, and provide a weekly itemized list of all work completed with a breakdown of labor and materials.
I hired RES and have been so impressed with every aspect of my kitchen remodel. During the process I made numerous additional requests and he explained the scope of work and additional cost of materials and labor
