Great selection of knobs and polls. But even better is their customer service. Kevin was really wonderful at showing us all options that would fit our neeand being patient while we made our selections. He helped us with our ordering after multiple visits, making sure we would be able to get the best prices. He was great with follow up and fast at helping us reorder additional items as needed. Since we had a big order, the rest of the team was also very prompt at giving us updates on shipment changes, making sure everything met our needs. Really great all around.

I have been trying to return an order for over a month now, so my credit card can be credited. I have called and emailed customer service repeatedly, week in and week out for a return authorization. I am given the runaround every time I call about this and my emails go unanswered. Customer service lies and say they are going to return my call, but they never do. I am starting to think this is a shady company. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and explained to me the delay in receiving the return authorization was due to the lack of response

Searching for knobs and pulls can be difficult and overwhelming (at least it was for us) until we found Rok Hardware. They have an excellent selection of knobs and pulls and because they are also an e-commerce seller, their pricing is very competitive. We were helped by Nathalie and she was absolutely amazing in assisting us with sizing, style, and all of the other questions we had.

It’s the little things in life that can make a big difference. In my case it was a combination of a nice product and a really great customer service experience. I ordered and received a thin, flexible plastic, 12” combination metric / standard ruler from Rok Hardware. It arrived in good time, but not in good condition. Apparently, the USPS’s sorting machinery damaged the plastic shipping envelope, before folding the last inch of the ruler over, creating a sharp angle.
I contacted Rok Hardware, sending them photos of the damaged merchandise, and they immediately shipped a no-charge replacement

Love all the social distancing protocols followed at the store, which really made me feel comfortable. I worked with Lindy and she was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and patiently guided me through the various choices. She is very organized and ensured we got the right hardware based on the cabinet sizes. Found Rok hardware store online with incredible customer service.you call them and they will the solution for you.
Ordered metal drawer soft closers made of plastic and they work flawlessly. Normally one is good but 2 can be used for little heavier ones. I bought them on 50% sale and they work. Easy to install. I am very happy about the product.

I am so happy I found Rok Hardware on Yelp. They are only seeing customers on a 1:1 basis and by appointment only. Nathalie arrived at the designated time and was very helpful. Once I showed her photos of my kitchen cabinets and some styles I had saved on Pinterest, she was able to narrow down my choices. Before that I was thoroughly confused over sizes and knobs versus handles. I went with both after seeing what it would like like on their kitchen displays. I also needed an 18" refrigerator appliance pull which not all companies carry. Nathalie even color coded the hardware on my pictures

I was finding it difficult here locally to find soft close replacement hinges for my 22 year old cabinets. A bit of online searching and I came across Rok Hardware. I provided a few measurements and Airis at Rok did all the work. Found what I needed and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Love this company!! I ordered 36 weird size hinges and Rok had them, had them for a great price, and got them to me in 3 days. I was so impressed that I ordered 28 more to compete the rest of the cabinets in my house. Those showed up in 3 days as well. However, 3 of those hinges were the wrong size. An quick email to Rok and no questions asked, they had 3 more hinged on the way. I'll use Rok Hardware for any future projects I have!

I ordered various styles from design catalogs before choosing the 2 different hardware for my kitchen. Wanted brass/polished gold which was not easy to find in early 2019.
The design catalog costs $10 cabinet knob/ $ 30 drawer pull whereas ROK Hardware was able to order from the manufacturer (Emtek) for $ 6.40 and $14 a pull !! The process was very easy. It was shipped to my house for free. Great quality at a nice price.

My wife and I are remodeling our kitchen. We're down to the last week before the work begins and we need pulls and knobs for the cabinets. We've searched through Lowes, HomeDepot and several other stores to no avail. Only finding frustration and coming home without what we needed for our project.

Order took FOREVER to receive. Ughhhhhh! They gave my order to someone else and then had to reorder mine. Let's just say they don't know what they are doing. I would have given them a better review if they would have credit me partially but instead they gave me a $20 future purchase credit. Even though I spent about $500 with them. Lol I'm just in disbelief but whatever.
On one good note once they did get my order in again, they let me pick up my order 5-10 minutes after closing hence the stars.

I was referred to visit Rok Hardware & Cabinets for their large selection of kitchen items. During the process of my remodel, I was looking for a stylish and elegant waterproof flooring. They have a decent section of both WPC and SPC. The price was phenomenal. I found similar styles of waterproof flooring at other flooring companies for $2- $3 per square foot more.
After visiting and selecting a color, we put a deposit on the flooring. My contractor was able to pick up the material from Rok within 2 days. We've had it installed for a couple of months now. It was easy for them to install

I discovered this place (it's 5mins from my house) after not finding any hardware at the 2 big hardware supply stores near me. When we walked in we were impressed with the huge selection of high quality hardware at the right price. Then we started talking with Lindy and were sold! She was informative and patient and so helpful. Our kitchen renovation has been exhausting but Lindy you were someone I will recommend for this process.

Poor customer service. Used to be good but I can no longer recommend them. Maybe they've just gotten too big. I feel bad that I referred someone to them that had nothing but problems. The person answering the phone gave all the wrong information and the order taken by someone else was incomplete and some of it was wrong.

We visited on a Saturday when the business was closed. But that didn't matter. When Sean saw us outside, he came out and graciously assisted us. He was patient and extremely kind. He behaved as if he had one focus only - US.
The store is extremely organized. They have a display of various cabinetry and hardware. This place is a hidden gem for cabinetry, hardware and accessories.
It's location is in an industrial area with close proximity to I-5 &405 frwy. Good area.

I have been trying to purchase hinges for my strange kitchen cabinet doors for several months. It is very frustrating to see a hinge online, order it and then find it's not the right one even though it looks exactly the same
Rok was not only able to help me when I provided them with a photo of my hinges but made wonderful suggestions. They're "Nordstrom" customer service is amazing and they have become my go-to hardware supplier.

Checked out this place because of all the 5 star reviews and comments on "great pricing". They were super friendly, and not pushy. They have a wide selection of cabinets, countertops, sinks, as well as knobs and pulls. They came to my house, measured my kitchen and sent me the estimate within 72hrs. I was happily surprised. They were so much cheaper than the Big Orange Store and the cabinets are all wood. Their pricing is practically wholesale and they offer great service and a solid product. Can't believe how fast the process was. After approving the designed, it took 3 days to set up delivery
