Be very careful using this company. After spending over 2500$ to replace my Av receiver, I found out the new receiver would not accommodate one of my speaker zones. The technician promised me several times he would be able to make the necessary repairs. I made many calls / text to the technician and the office over a period of 90 days with no response back. When I finally got a response from the owner, he refused to exchange the receiver with the correct one, even after I agreed to pay the difference in cost. He said it was past the return date. This is certainly NOT the expertise & customer service
