Our room smells like an ash tray and the bathroom is horrific. Has to be the grossest place in town. We had room #17

The bathroom was nasty. Toilet on both sides had urine on the porcelain. The tub was dirty. Opened the microwave and it was dirty. The carpet was damp and smelled. Would not recommend this place.

Ok so it's not a 5 star hotel in the general sense of the term. But, that having been said it does bring back a nostalgic time of the old highway route 66 type of roadside motel. A quaint quite beautiful little town like West Plains, Mo. Where this motel sits in and of its self makes you breath a little easier. People in general are friendly and open to visitors. The motel sits in a c shape with a beautiful landscaped lawn in front. The rooms can range from mostly modern with in an old setting to really taking you back to the 50s. The rooms are nice with good comfortable beds. A fridge microwave

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Hot breakfast. Great price. Nostalgic charm! Nice parking. Very convenient. Will definitely stay here again when going through.

Good for the price clean good breakfast, but not in the best neighborhood. People live there and across from a rough gas station. But owners were friendly and nice.

Nice clean room. The carpet was the softest carpet I've stepped on in a motel room. The room had a microwave and refrigerator.
The other quests next to us, were respectful and kept the noise down. We didn't even hear them.
They served breakfast of more than donuts.
If we are in the area again and need a motel, I'd not hesitate on getting a room there.
