From the days of Grandpa and Great-Grandpa hauling wood to Fort Mill Manufacturing Company, now known as Springs Industries to being a multifaced business we are today. Serving our community and surrounding businesses is what we love to do.

Whether it be an individual, contractors or local government we are here to provide outstanding services and products. We are a licensed Grading, Water and Sewer Line Contractor by the state of South Carolina. We have performed projects for both private and governmental agencies. From grading back yards to clearing and prepping multiple acres of land, no job is too small or too big for us.

Five stars! Although I’ve never dumped anything here my kid loves coming here to watch big trucks and tractors. All the truck drivers are super friendly and are always more than happy to honk their horns for me I mean my kid
