Had a technician by the name of Rick come out to inspect our 2 split AC units. Not only was Rick knowledgeable of the work installed, he took the time to explain how to properly care for our AC so in the long run it’ll last longer and more efficient. He took the time to answer our questions and concerns and gave us his personal number. Jack, Jon and Gilbert were very efficient and thorough... they cleaned up daily and were always professional. Chris and Jamie were my initial contact and sold me on their expertise and knowledge of what system would be best suited for my home. The team was great with a complicated replacement job. We Wanted the upstairs to be a vented system with separate individual units downstairs. They also had to create a new attic access to make sure the airflow was correct. The team was very professional, showed up on time each day, and cleaned up each evening. I've waited to post this to see how the units worked and am extremely pleased, 5 months into use. The house is, for once, pleasant in each area of the house and our electric bill has come down pretty dramatically. we recommend this solution and this team whenever possible.

Mitsubishi mini split a/c and heating in 3 rooms. I had made up my mind to use another company when Nicole messaged me to set up an appointment. There was something about her that made me say sure why not so I set up an appointment. Jamie showed up and was very patient with all my silly questions and explained everything to me and I felt he was being sincere and honest. So at that moment I decided to change my mind and go with command comfort. I had to wait for HOA approval and Jamie even helped with the documents to present to them. I purchased my AC and heat unit from command, works well for 8 years and recently put my self on the maintenance program after a few minor repairs. The service person made some suggestions about new registers and that has helped my place stay even cooler with less $, the service person came today to do maintenance and was very thorough, professional and explained everything well. I purchased a two-unit Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioner from Command Comfort in 2017. I found them on Angie's List, and chose them because they were the top Mitsubishi AC dealer in the Los Angeles area.
The installation on my house was pretty involved due to the location of the units on my house, but after a long install and a few troubleshooting calls with Mitsubishi, the units worked great.
The Mitsubishi AC units have been great and are virtually silent, both indoors and the condenser outside.

I am very pleased with my entire experience with Command Comfort. Especially Paul and Jon- the two technicians who came out to install my new AC. From the very beginning, they were professional, took the time to patiently walk me through the process and ask my opinion about aesthetic options , and were very friendly and easy to talk to. They were very trustworthy- I even felt comfortable leaving the house on an errand while they were here.

We installed our split air conditioners in 2018. From sales through installation and regular service the people have provided professional service. Whenever we call the office, we receive friendly and professional assistance. Today, we had our annual tuneup; the maintenance representative called ahead to let us know he would arrive shortly, he worked quickly and quietly, he explained the service and the invoice fully. We have always experienced excellent service.

I wish I could give 10 stars. Today my technician arrived for my regular service visit and gave me great news about the status of my unit that was installed by Command Comfort. Everything checked out perfectly and since I'm a member of their service club it didn't cost me a penny for today's visit. The tech was amazingly knowledgeable and professional and arrived on time. I'm so happy with the service I receive from this company. It is consistently the level of service I (or anyone should) expect, even during Covid. Our Mitsubishi mini-split hvac system had some issues and hadn't been serviced in 5 years. Jack and Rick arrived to set it right. They were wonderful. Easy to talk to and explain the issues, made good suggestions for going forward and recommendations for future service that will be needed. They were very knowledgeable about our equipment unlike someone we had a few years ago for a minor problem. We are extremely happy with Command Comfort! Jamie worked hard to figure out the best way to route the new system and ultimately came up with a great solution. Jamie was very responsive via email and he answered all of our questions! The installation team led by Jack was equally as amazing! Jack was very patient and actually found a better installation route. He also made sure all of our concerns were addressed! Lastly, I had to get the permit approved quickly and Nicole helped with HERS scheduling and sending over the results to me quickly.

The process for spec'ing and installing our mini split was smooth and confidence-inspiring. (We had previously taken advice from some other providers, and not felt so confident with them by any means). The installation crew -- Paul, Rick, and John -- was careful and communicative and took pains to do a great job with tremendous attention to detail. Overall a great experience and we are delighted with the result.
