Ken did a great job getting a hard money loan for us. It was a complex real estate deal involving a foreclosure, 3 properties, and a lot of moving parts. He didn't give up until the loan funded and was able to cross-collateralize two of our other houses so we could keep more cash in pocket for renovations.
