Services
Rock Collision Center is staffed with experienced estimators and service representatives with over 35 combined years of experience in the collision repair industry. Our staff is customer-oriented, and they strive to ensure the customer is completely satisfied with the repairs. Rock Collision Center provides estimates using CCC One program and manages all repairs with CCC One Management System.
Our repair facility is located 5 miles east of the Interstate Highway 35 in Temple on the corner of Ave J and South 1st Street. Our facility is 14,000 square feet with 30 working bays. We have a secure locked storage lot with potential to store 45 cars. Our business hours: Monday thru Friday 8 a.m-5 p.m.

My car is a 2011 CRV and I call her my Baby. She has never had a blemish until I recently misjudged distance while trying to back out past a high pickup with a steel bumper. Gave Baby a bad bobo. I felt awful but a friend told me about Rock Collision so I decided to give them a try. Enrico gave me good price and I left Baby in his care. I was told it would take 5 working days. I was very pleased when she was ready EARLY! YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW SHE HAD A DENT! But that's not all. I had picked Baby up on Friday. From the preliminary estimate to the pickup, the staff at Rock Collision Center was courteous, proficient, and helpful during the repair of my collision-damaged vehicle. Car arrived to the shop in May. Received car back in July. Poor communication. Received car back with damages to the front of the car and a stained seat. Had to return the vehicle back (a 2hr commute) after getting it returned with said damages. They repaired the damages to the front of the car, but the stain remained on my seat. After multiple attempts to remove it no compensation. The absolute WORST experience I’ve had with a body shop.

Once again, I am very happy to have had Rock Collision Center to rely on for auto body work. They’ve always been attentive, professional and timely. The quality of their work is top-notch and they go out of their way to help you understand the issues related to both the repair and the insurance side of things. They have an auto-texting system that keeps you updated on the status of your repairs, which is nice. I highly recommend this place for anyone unfortunate enough to need auto body repair work!

I took my dirty car in to have some minor repairs from a fender bender. Got back a sparkling clean car🤩❤️! Washed, detailed, and protected with plastic. All of my stuff was neatly bagged up and in my trunk. On top of that, the service was quick and amazing. I hope I don’t need a collision center again, but if I do, these are the guys I will go to!!

Following previous excellent service, brought my other car to Rock Collision for some front end trim repairs. They performed the work in minimum time, were incredibly friendly and professional and honored their extremely fair estimate cost. Finished work returned my car looking as good as new. This is the place to see for collision repairs if you're looking for great service at a reasonable price.

My first time to use auto body shop in Temple. I went strictly on previous reviews, they were absolutely correct. Extremely professional, on time and perfect quality. Toby Metcalf dealt directly with my insurance when found more damage than originally estimated. Pleasantly surprised to pickup the car that was cleaner and detailed better than I've seen as a nice touch to service. I'll Be Back!

From start to finish there was tremendous amount of communication letting me know the status of my vehicle and in the end they detailed my vehicle completely inside and out and what a nice surprise! We have needed a body shop three times now since we moved here, and we would not take our car anywhere else. Everyone is so nice and they do such great (and fast) work! My daughter's car was so dirty and filled with dog and cat fur when they got rear ended, and I was embarrassed to bring it in. But when I picked it up just a week later, the car had been washed and the inside cleaned and vacuumed. That was a nice surprise! I highly recommend this business!
