I've used A Plus Alarm in Maumelle, AR for over 10 years and I've been very happy with my monitored service. Whenever my alarm has gone off, I've always received a call from the alarm center within seconds. If I did not respond to a call, the police were dispatched to my home.
I have made a few slight upgrades and was offered different options and chose one to fit my budget.
I have also had very good service with the local service representative who has always returned my call quickly.
The cost of a monitored service is very reasonable compared to other companies.

Talk about horrible customer service RIGHT OFF THE BAT! I called this company two times and they NEVER returned my call. The previous owner of the house I purchased had their service so I contacted them. I guess they don't need my business. Called another company and had it installed within a week with FANTASTIC service!
