Great service, friendly people, and good prices. We first went to Arizona Rug Company when looking for a new rug this summer. There was no pressure, no one following us around, but Adam was easily available if we had questions (exactly how I like to shop). We returned a month and a half later and Jay helped us locate the rug we had liked from our earlier trip. The price was reasonable and we were very happy with our beautiful rug. Great shopping experience. First visited Tempe store in June just beginning my rug search and was browsing. No pressure just pleasant, helpful staff. Second visit was in August after deciding on a rug I previously saw. It was in stock, reasonable price, and I received great customer service from Ed. Will shop there again.

I made an appointment for 9 am, but the technicians did not show up until around 10:45, which was extremely inconvenient since I had plenty of things to take care of because I was moving out. I was told that they had to restock on supplies, which caused the delay (odd because my appointment was relatively early in the day). I would have put a lower rating, but fortunately, the technicians were working hard and helpful.

Arizona Rug Company cleaned and repaired the fringe on one Chinese silk rug and one Turkish silk rug. Both Ed and Jay were friendly and knowledgeable and the price was reasonable, especially considering the special nature of both jobs. I couldn’t be happier with how both rugs look and the service I received. I would recommend them to anyone.

As a family of nine, we are heading on a cruise to Turkey. We were interested in learning about the construction of Turkish Rugs as we are thinking of purchasing a rug while in Turkey. Ed the owner told me to come in and he would educate me on what to look for and how to negotiate. He even offered to consult with me about the purchase before I make it. The rugs in the showroom are truly beautiful. This place has earned my business for life. They are friendly, honest, and clearly believe in the trade.

What an enjoyable purchasing experience! Ed, the owner is knowledgeable, caring, easy to work with, and provides a pleasant "no pressure" buying experience. I was able to take the rug home on a short trial basis to ensure it went with my furnishings and artwork. I love the rug and have received compliments from everyone who has been to my home since I recently renovated it. They were flexible with my delivery schedule and even made a few trips back to the store to find the perfect rug pad! Ed and his team truly care about their customers. They are always helpful and patient with us picking out just the right rugs for our home. Other rug stores that we have visited can get a little pushy, but the employees here never are like that. My wife and I were traveling from our home in the Las Vegas area to visit family in the Tucson area and stopped in at the Arizona Rug Company to see if they might have a southwestern style area rug for our family room, foyer and a few small rugs for our bedroom. We really hit the jackpot here. They had a great selection of rugs, all at reasonable prices. The sales staff were extremely honest and not at all pushy. Can't recommend them enough!
I had a flood that damaged and discolored several high value Persian rugs. The fringes turned red, blue colors in the rugs ran (see closeup pic).
Dennis and Ed were super helpful throughout the process and the carpets turned out great! (see 2nd pic) The fringes are the whitest they have been in a decade and the color run was completely restored!

I stopped in over a holiday weekend and was amazed at the quality of the rugs they had in inventory. Adam took the time to show me what makes for a great hand-made rug. He took his time, let me negotiate a little, threw in delivery, professionally installed my new rug - and left me with a big smile on my face - even days later.

We have been looking at rugs for several weeks, as I was looking for a particular style. Additionally, quality is very important to me. We found our beautiful rug, after going through Ed's extensive inventory. Ed was patient and helpful and made great recommendations. The rug we took home was much nicer than what I thought we could afford, thanks to their "sale" pricing! They have a great selection, you should check them out!

We had a wonderful experience here with Nick. We came in early on a Wednesday looking for a very specific type of rug. Nick listened to us explain exactly what we were looking for and directed us to where our best options were. We were worried the prices would be too high but ended up leaving with two rugs for what we were willing to pay for one after looking through their inventory for a good 30+ minutes. Nick not only adjusted the lights so we could see what the rugs would look like under non florescent bulbs, but also vacuumed them, tied them up, and even brought them to the car. We will continue

What I don't know about rugs would fill volumes. No problem; Ed Momeni at Arizona Rug Co. was helpful and patient. I found the rug on Facebook Marketplace and called. By the time I got to the store, Ed had it laid out. His price was reasonable, including the cost of spraying the rug with protectant and delivery.
Jacob, who delivered the rug, helped me install it. And he hauled the old one away. These things are heavy and awkward. I appreciated his help.
