Boone County Health Center has received a variety of top ratings, awards, honors and recognition from organizations and private companies throughout the years. Some of these organizations require payment in order to share or promote this earned recognition. However, it is the position of Boone County Health Center that we do not buy the rights to market these.

Instead, our resources are invested into offering the best quality care to our patients.
Services
The Health Center serves Boone County and the six contiguous counties of Antelope, Greeley, western Madison, Nance, northern Platte and Wheeler counties. Fourteen rural communities are located within the service area. For more information about any of our programs or services please contact our Social Work department at 402.395.3109.
If you are having trouble logging in to your Patient Portal, please contact Patient Portal Reset at 1.877.621.8014. If you change your e-mail after signing up for the portal, please contact BCHC at 402.395.3247 to have them send out a new patient portal invitation. This needs to be done to ensure you get any messages that may be sent to you via the patient portal.
This mission is supported by over 275 hardworking, compassionate staff united under "I CARE" core values, which we identified together as an organization. For more than 65 years, Boone County Health Center has proudly served 12,000 rural family members in north-central Nebraska. In that time, we have seen tremendous growth and expansion to better care for you.
Imagine an even more comfortable, private and secure birthing experience at Boone County Health Center with a special Obstetrical (OB) area in the new Outpatient Clinic Expansion. OB is growing rapidly at Boone County Health Center as local moms choose doctors known across the state for their extensive OB training and personal care.
Volunteering at Boone County Health Center is a great way to give your day purpose and to feel like you are giving back. Our volunteers have many different jobs. Some greet patients and help point them in the right direction, others take juice to patients in the hospital. No matter the job, volunteers help make patients' lives better with a friendly hello and a smile.

Called in to get a Tetanus Shot, got bounced to two other departments and left a name and number to call back. I got tired of waiting for a call back for a Tetanus shot and went to Colombus instead. It was almost an hour and a half and I still didn't get a call back.
