The facility is beautiful and very clean .
I went in with the mindset that I needed to spend more money to get better results.
I walked out 40min later highly impressed with the honestly ,not to mention I spent less money (more is not better) and professional care. I was left with options to return if I was happy with no stress of booking another appointment. I can't wait to go back .
I am 48 years old with age spots and Mylasma and received Pico Sure laser.(spelling)
I can't tell you how impressed I am . It's day 6 and I'm very satisfied .

Very nice facility, friendly staff. Although it had been a few years since I've had botox I'm familiar with the procedure. This was different. I had immediate pain and swelling which lasted 5 days. I called the office the day after and was told it could be inflammation in the body. After 10 days botox had no effect so I went back and paid for more. She she tried a different approach injecting slowly then applying pressure to the area. I didn't get the "goose eggs" I got the first time. Sadly it still didn't take. I have got the under eye filler a year ago
Immediately I hated the results my eyes look like ballons with big amount of brusing. I called the office i was told it was normal and i will loved the end results. But all that happen was i ended up having more puffiness then i had and i had very lil puffiness now i have a lot with discoloration that i never have had. Im so sad and i hate looking in the mirror i wish i never came to do this. I seriously dont like to be seen anymore or go out because of how my eyes now look. I cry and im So insecure. Today was the first time for me to receive fillers and Botox from Kim. She did an amazing job! It was just about painless! She is so skilled, knowledgeable and professional! Do not purchase any Botox here! They water it down so much, it only lasted me 2 weeks if that. This place rips you off, it's insulting. Also, their customer service needs a complete and thorough training starting with the owner. No one acknowledges you upon arrival and everyone seemed pissed off working there. This place could definitely be so much more it's a travesty of ownership.

This was my first time getting any type of Botox and let me tell you , I couldn't be more pleased with Cloud9 . The office is absolutely beautiful, the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The entire Botox experience from the first poke to the last was literally about 5 min and nearly painless . I had my forehead and crows feet done and I'm very happy . I will definitely be back for more services in the very near future ,I highly recommend !!!

This is my 4th time visiting Cloud 9 and with each visit I am even more than happy. Your experience starts at the front desk with a warm welcome from John. Kim is definitely an expert with her years of experience and knowledge. I would not trust anyone else with my face! The entire staff create a family feel and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. The place is immaculate and it's evident that all health and safety protocols are a priority. I have tried numerous med spas and Cloud 9 far exceeded my expectations.

I wasn't going to write a review but after the owners swore at me and were so mean I feel compelled to warn the community and also will contact the BBB. I received the absolute worst microdermabrasion. I have had many and this was by far the absolute worst. I literally overheard the owner telling the girl how to do the procedure. She did not use the steam to prep the skin and she barely used the microdermabrasion tool. It was a lot of money for a 30 minute quickie. The male owner is mean and hateful and I want to warn you all to go somewhere else. I'm sure I'll get another hateful

First off let me just say that John is a sweetie and he is so lucky to have that beautiful woman Kim! Both are so professional everybody at the Medi spa made me so very welcome and I will be referring all of my friends there and returning on a regular basis thank you guys so much for everything!

I must say first of all this Spa is gorgeous ! And the owners kim & John were as welcoming as could be they made me feel so at ease this was my very first time having Botox or anything similar so I was a bit nervous !
Kim was very passionate and knowledgeable she explained everything to me before we decided what was best , I loved the fact she wasn't just trying to make sales and over do my procedure!
