LD-300L is a non-ferrous aluminum lubricant. It is non-staining when removed at high temperatures 350? F. LD-300L is considered to be the ultimate aluminum lubricant when machining soft metals such copper and nickel. MD-200 is a general purpose lubricant for all materials such as metal, plastic, wood, and rubber.
Our most popular aluminum lubricant is MagLube LD-300L. Many of our customers have told us this lubricant is far superior to all other aluminum lubricants on the market. We couldn't agree more! MagLube offers alternatives to traditional means of machining lubricants for industrial lubrication systems. Petroleum or synthetic based products typically mix 10-20 parts with water to flood the work-piece and tool to prevent heat. These traditional machining lubricants, or metalworking fluid/flood coolants, have little lubricating properties.

We have a fairly small metalworking shop. We'd always used flood coolants on our bandsaw and CNC machines. It worked but was very messy and required a lot of cleaning up every day. We switched to MagLube's MQL systems and the results are incredible. We're getting better cuts and now it only takes about a minute to wipe down the machines after a run. It's also saving us a lot of money on coolants. I'll never use another lubrication system other than MagLube from now on.
