Ahh....The search for the Birch.....I've always like the birch trees, we used to see so many traveling on our family vacations up north to either Nova Scotia or PEI. crossing route 9 in Maine was always loaded… with them. So I decided I wanted one for the yard and it was quite the search lol. I've been to nurseries from Easton, Middleboro and 2 in Woburn and finally the rite one from McCue Garden Center in Woburn....thank you to Megan and Bono for working with me and my schedule great people great place I highly recommend them it's worth the ride....Rick & Beth Faulkner

This is one of my fave little garden shops. I always catch great finds, and whoever is potting up their decorative plants has a great eye. I came across a Peperomia Ferryrae in a hanging strawberry pot, and I… think it was the most adorable and eye-catching combo I’ve seen. The team is friendly and helpful and I love the seasonal plants and decor.

Beautiful and huge nursery! So much variety, you can spend hours in here. Houseplants, flowers, pots and accessories and much more. I found exactly what I was looking for! Beautiful Monstera Deliciosa. Excellent quality plants. Highly recommend this place. Good hours too, closes @ 7pm on a Tuesday. I will be back if I'm in the area and need more plants. I would call before going just to make sure they are open.

This place had tons of stuff for Christmas. It saved me from driving all around town to other big box stores. Price of the tree was super reasonable. They even gave us a military discount. We bought their first… tree for the year as well. All the staff were very nice. Someone on base recommended them to us. Go check them out!!! 🌲🎄 🎁 🎅🏼

I heard about McCue's from a friend and I've been here a few times.
Their selection of indoor plants was small (from what I saw). Some of the plants I remember seeing: ferns, pothos, succulents (including string of pearls!), spider plants, snake plants. I've seen a different selection with each visit. They also have a small selection of ceramic pots in the same area.
Not an outdoor plant expert, but they had some outside, as well as the two greenhouses in the back.
Reasonable prices and staff was friendly!

I could get lost here for days and be oh so happy!! What appears to be just a little local flower market goes on forever. Once inside there are greenhouses for days. Every flower for our climate (and some for California) but beautiful just the same. Hanging baskets to die for. Can't wait to return once I plan out our garden for this season.

Is it possible to fall more in love with a business? Could it really be the case that EVERY employee here is so helpful and friendly on all of my return visits?
A few weeks ago, I returned here to purchase some annuals for four new window boxes. I happened to ask the closest employee for some advice. She stopped what she was doing and spent a good 20 minutes (at least) recommending plants that would work. She basically put together my arrangements for me and went back and forth collecting enough plants to fill my huge containers. She was conscious of budget and did not try to sell me on the priciest

I ordered 6 yards of mulch. According to the landscaper, who has been in business for 30 years, McCue's delivered only 4 yards. When I spoke with Megan McCue and explained the problem, she was dismissive, nasty, and condescending, accusing me of trying to get her to "give" me two extra yards. I offered to split the difference and asked her to deliver one yard. She referred to me as "buddy" and hung up on me. I will never do business with McCue's again.

Although they don't have the expansive space that some larger chain greenhouses have, this nursery does well with supplying a great selection in a smaller space. They have tons of annuals and some shrubs, but my focus was on perennials. Even stopping by in the middle of July they had almost everything I was looking for - moonshine yarrow, pomegranate dianthus, russian sage, salvia, snow in summer - all at reasonable prices. Their plants looked healthy and happy. I glanced at their herbs and they were all doing very well.
