I had to cancel my initial appointment within 24hrs of the appointment, and they are charging a $75 fee- which was not disclosed upon making the appointment. Most places charge $25 and waive it for the first time cancellation if needed. I asked around. Because of this large fee- I will not be able to reschedule until I can afford it. This means- I continue to live each step in pain. Thanks but no thanks. That is not taking care of your patients- it’s non personal business interactions and that is not the doctors office I would want to use anyways. Good luck ✌️. Everyone told me not to go

Worst business I have seen in Montrose. Will be reporting them to Better Business Bureau in Montrose and Grand Junction. Been trying to get script from them for last month. Seems to be his office personnel. Have called them several times. They keep saying they have or will call in script in but never happens.

Although Dr Cook is a great dr. I can't stand behind medical personal that won't admit a mistake. Sam the medical assistant that I have dealt with lied on multiple occasions about her part in not doing her job. It's sad because of her, I will no longer be going to his office. Be very aware that Sam is unable to be honest.

Hard to find a good and knowledgeable doc who will look at old feet and help you try to stay active on 'em. Dr. Cook was thorough and honest about what could and could not be expected and agreed to help me try to take the next step. I was referred to him on an excellent reference by Dr. Michael Bergen and the staff at San Juan Cancer Center. They know their stuff.

Dr. Nay is an awesome doctor. He always makes sure that all of my concerns are addressed and always asks if I have any further questions. I have ongoing foot issues, so I have to see him pretty regularly and I can honestly say, I never dread my appointments with him. The staff at San Juan is great too. They are friendly, and you can tell they really care about the job they're doing.
