Since opening our business back in 2014, PSS has always been an asset to our small company. I've used the big guys in the industry "ADP and PayChex" and found due to their size, they CAN afford to lose your business and customer service knows and uses that to their advantage when fielding calls. At Payroll Service Solutions, they go out of their way to help and retain your business by way of great service at a cost that is the pretty much the same as the big guys. Great Staff as well. Without a doubt a great company to work with. As a small business there are many moving pieces to focus on, working with PSS eliminates the stress of payroll and taxes. Everything is handled for us and the whole process is seamless. No tax reporting to worry about everything is handled 100% which is a major plus. If we do receive a notice for anything PSS goes above and beyond to determine what needs to be done and will handle for us.
