Established in 1973. Harry Nichols started Nichols Saw Shop in 1973. It moved from New Braunfels, Texas to Albuquerque, NM in the late 70s. In 1986, Harry moved the business to Cottonwood, AZ. In 2001, he sold the business to his daughter Lynn, and she changed the name to Lynn's Small Engines. In 2011, Lynn sold the business to her daughter, Rebecca Matthews.

We require a nonrefundable $35 deposit up front for each unit in for repair for tech diagnosis. We are a service warranty center for Corona Tools, Walker Mowers, Makita, Wacker Neuson, MTD Products (Troy-Bilt, Columbia, Yard Machine, etc.), and Champion Power Equipment.

We sell or can get some high quality brands such as Wacker Neuson, Honda Engines, Briggs & Stratton Engines, Kohler Engines, Makita, Walker Mowers, some MTD products, and Corona Tools.Occasionally we receive equipment from customers who want to upgrade to new units. We take their used equipment and thoroughly check it over to see if it is worth repairing and reselling.
