Took my laptop here to get the screen fixed. Was told it would be 5-7 days. Ended up being 3-4weeks and when I came in the last day it still wasn't done. Finally got my laptop and they PUT A SCREW IN MY LAPTOP LIKE THEY DROPPED IT. It is cracked and the screw is holding it together. DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTER HERE. Poor service, and dishonest because they NEVER mentioned what happened to my brand new computer. I only had it for 3 months and only needed to screen fixed that was cracked during a move.

This is my second bad experience at this location. I have found that the manager an African American tries to bait and switch customers computers to trade out for lesser computer. My first computer was Lenovo “15” for RAM upgrades. The manager of the Geek location in Stockbridge Georgia recommended that I trade out for an older rebuild “12” Latitude laptop Dell. I returned the Dell laptop the very next day to retrieve my Lenovo computer however the manager had transported to another store for sale for a much higher price. The next computer I brought to this location that I wanted repairs

I was not happy with the service from Your Geek, and I will never return to this business! I was told that my laptop would be ready on a certain day...it was not. When I finally was told to come puck it up...they didn't return the charging cord. I asked for the cord upon pick-up & was told there wasn't one. After checking home I called to inform them I had in fact brought in the charging cord & that I'd be there to retrieve it. It took about 1 hour for them to find my cord!! I'm sorry, but I'm done here!

I was nearly panicked to get a virus on my Mac. These guys knew what kind it was right away and they were able to get rid of it and even install more ram for me....within a couple of hours!!! Now I know we have our own "genius bar" right here in Stockbridge. Saved hours & gas & frustration from a trip to downtown ATL.

My experience with repair shop has been very unsatisfying. I initially traded in a laptop for another from the shop. The following day, I had to return it because it was defective and unfixable.
So, the owner gave me another laptop to replace that one. It is now 6 months later after getting it, I had to return that. He says that it needed more memory because he's the expert I followed his advise and paid additional money. Then upon calling him to get an update, he states that it might be a hard drive issue. I didn't get the laptop back same day as promised.
Then he explains that it's a driver

I went here few weeks ago to my laptop screen repaired. That was all that needed to be repaired. Everything went smooth. They had it all done the same day. Now it's been a few weeks and all my files have disappeared not once but twice. I work from all and all my work apps are gone! Keep in mind I never had an issue with my laptop before. Not once! Now all a sudden this happens. I call and the guy is going to tell me he has never heard of that happening that it seems like I may have an hard drive issue. Really now??? After you all were just supposed to fix the screen. I knew something wasn't right
