First time visit and they won my business. Since I stepped in the door I felt welcome. The front desk is so attentive and nice. The hygienist was very kind and explained the entire process and what she was doing and what I needed to do next. Great experience. I am signing up my entire family to this dentist.

I appreciate so much the extra mile the staff goes to make my 33 year old special needs son, Michael, feel comfortable. Michael has Battens Disease and you never know from moment to moment just how he may react. This particular visit Meghan cleaned his teeth. He got a bit fidgety so Meghan sang Christmas carols to him and he settled right down! My family has been going to this location since I graduated from dental assisting school, (a loooong time ago), when it was owned by other doctors. Honestly, I was worried what would happen with all the changes happening, but the doctors have done a wonderful

**I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN! My family won't go back!** If I could rate them lower than 1 I absolutely would! I had a credit on my account going in for a simple cleaning and had to pay $550 going out for a procedure that I didn't ask for. I was told it was already done so I had to pay. The manager did nothing...she said unfortunately what's done is done. It's so aggravating and wrong!

Grade A services! They're kind, courteous, and prompt. The whole staff is very knowledgeable and equally efficient when it comes to your dental needs. I'm very skeptical when it comes to changing dentists but this by far was the easiest transition and best move I could have made. My teeth have never been this clean before!

Both my husband & I had our first visit to Carolina complete Dental today. We moved to SC 3 yrs ago & did not know of a dentist. A friend recommended Carolina Complete, we made an appointment. The office staff, hygienist & doctor were so friendly from the time we walked thru the door to leaving. The cleaning & exam was painless & we will go back again & hopefully refer others

The office is clean. The staff is fabulous! Their dental work makes you look like a million bucks. They are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. You can have root canals while awake and fall asleep while getting them and fillings without sedation. This place did a wonderful job on my son. He's always had very bad experiences but here he comes out happy and pain free. If you want top notch care and a great high dollar look when you're done this is the place for you. Their skills are unmatched in this field!! I'll recommend them highly.

After not going to the dentist in years I was afraid of what to expect. My visit was such a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk staff is amazing and my dentist DMD Bale and her assistant Trinity put the icing on the cake. They made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.
I love Carolina Complete Dental and am looking forward to a my extended dental process with them.
