Excellent company and local! After taking about 8 bids, Boehm exceeded all expectations from start to finish. The owner is able to balance taking care of customers and his employees. One of my kids was exposed to Covid-19, I told the owner. He said he didn't want to even risk the chance of any of his employees being potentially exposed. Now that's a company that has its priorities in order. Keep up the excellent work team Boehm!

We bought a house built in 1912 that had no central AC. The previous owners had used window units and we knew we'd have to upgrade to mini-splits.
After getting a few estimates from local vendors, we chose Boehm. Jeff Boehm came out to do the estimate and his knowledge, attention, and just plain kindness sold us on Boehm immediately. Their price for 4 inside units and a 5-unit condenser were competitive with other estimates we received, so it really was the personal touch that won us over.
I highly recommend the Boehm team for all the services they provide, but especially their ductless AC expertise

The damper motor on our boiler would not operate, so the boiler wouldn't fire. Jack showed up within 2 hours, immediately got the damper opened and the boiler fired up. Instead of just saying the damper motor needed replacement (a $300 part), because it may have been a one-time thing, he gave us OPTIONS! We made a plan: if it happens again he showed me how to get it going, then we can decide if we want to replace it or not. We rarely have to use Boehm, but when we do, I am always, always amazed at how kind and honest they are. I hope the owners are proud of their company, because they should be

Yet again, Boehm to the rescue!!! This company is the model of integrity, doing great work and backing it with great service. 4 years after installing my furnace, when I called with a quick after hours repair question, a technician was on the phone with me within 30 minutes and had the issue resolved within minutes. And the reason I mentioned 4 years? They still remembered me and details about my house (related and unrelated to their project). They really care about their customers and their work.

I called them in the morning because my boiler was slowly dying (and I was slowly freezing), they told me they were super busy so I made backup plans in case they couldn't come out. A few hours later they called back just as I had help on the way, so I cancelled but changed my mind 10 minutes later and asked if they could still come out. Their guy said he was pretty close to my house and would make it his next stop. He knew what the problem was before he walked in the door, double checked to make sure he was correct, and repaired the boiler within an hour. I was really pleased with the level of

Reasons to call Boehm: They're skilled, efficient, and don't try to sell you things you don't need. Trustworthy, local, family-owned. Kind of cool that they still know exactly who installed a mid-70s furnace in my home (which they replaced a few years ago, plus added in-floor basement heat and a mini-split AC system).

We have used Boehm many times over the years. Most recently they installed a mini split A/C unit in our 1908 home with heads up and downstairs. We had received another estimate, but were displeased with where the installer was proposing to install the upstairs head (the proposed location would have resulted in less work for the installer and would have been a very imperfect solution). Boehm came in to look and came up with a brilliant solution, that while more work for them as the installer, gave us what we needed and where we needed it. They were concerned with what we needed in the long run,

We bought our house in the early summer. The inspector checked on the boiler and said it was good. We didn't think twice. Fall came, it was a cold morning, and no heat! My husband called Boehm Heating based on a recommendation of a friend, and they walked him through what to check and they fixed it together over the phone. No service call! No fee! I was shocked at that level of customer service, to be honest.
Well, when it came time for maintenance and a quick repair, guess who we called first? That's right. They came the next day, fixed it up, and at a very reasonable price.

Tom Jr came to my house and like the other reviewer, thoroughly explained everything. I was looking forward to the estimate...that never came. I called 3 times and spoke with someone inquiring where the estimate was and was told it's coming, it's coming. Sent an email and was told it's coming. Never came.
3 weeks later, I have a nice new furnace and central a/c installed by a company who not only gave me a great price, they did great work and showed up and followed through when they said they would.
