All claims for damaged items must be filed in writing, within the statute of limitations prescribed in your bill of lading. Photographs of the damaged items- these do not have to be professional quality, but the item must be discernible and the extent of the damages apparent. A moving company should be chosen with as much care as you used when you selected your home and furniture.

I dealt with Ray the entire time with Texas Blue Line. He was incredibly helpful and responsive the entire time over text message. I had the tall task of moving this last Christmas weekend and Texas Blue Line was more than eager to assist me in moving. Within minutes of reaching out to them I had a date set up and a price quoted. They offered competitive rates and were incredibly efficient and professional. Would recommend them to anyone in the future.

I just used them to move from a third floor apartment to 1st and they were quick, on time, and out of all the movers I’ve used in the past this has been the quickest I’ve been moved. Also it was a lot more affordable than other places, will definitely recommend them and use them again on my next move!

I did not have a good experience with Ray. He was not professional at all, in fact he was pretty rude. He would cut you short while you are explaining him the material which needs to be moved, quote you less hours and then will try to charge more money. I had to personally help the movers as they did not want to complete the work same day, by the end of the day they were dragging couches on the road causing the corners to rip…. It was a nightmare and we were stuck with this company and Ray took advantage of it. Sorry, I will not use Ray for any move in the future. I am surprise how people are
