Hi, I'm Alfredo Luciano, owner of 1st Choice Appliance Repair. I spent more than two decades working for Sears Appliance Repair Service developing my skills and mastering appliance technology. I started as a lawn and garden technician, then advanced to household appliance and repair services which is where I found my passion.
I was also named the lead mentor technician and safety representative managing 19 technicians in my district for Sears. After twenty years working for Sears, with the love and support of my family, we have decided to expand my skills and knowledge into our own business. I'm passionate about working on appliances so they run like new.

Communication regarding appointment was excellent. Alfredo was on time, professional and very nice. I am somewhat handy with other appliance repairs so wanted to watch how the problem with my washer was diagnosed. Alfredo was great checking out the potential issues and explaining the process. He found the dead part and was okay with letting me order and replace it since it was fairly straightened. He even warned me about one parts outlet that routinely notes parts as in-stock then notifies you they are not available. (This did happen to me so I wasn't surprised!) Definitely recommend 1st Choice

Alfredo was awesome! This is the second time we have used him to repair an appliance. Great communication between him and his office. Very professional. Phone call updates and text communication. He was on time and fixed everything just as he said he would in a very timely manner. We also had an issue with our garbage disposal and he fixed that in two seconds flat. I would highly recommend him for all your appliance needs! Thank you Alfredo!!

1st choice did a great job at a recent call out. They were very prompt regards setting up appointment as well as updates before hand. On the day they explained everything clearly and resolved the issue we had with a dryer. Finally I found them to be very friendly too. Definitely would use again !

I had the pleasure to meet the owner (Alfredo) when I was having issues with my LG dryer. Within 15 minutes he was able to diagnose, take it apart and fix it. This is a small family owned and operated business who has incredible reviews online. Well now I know why they are so good.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend this incredible company. I should also mention the nice woman you speak with on the phone to book your appointment is Alfredo’s wife. She is a breath of fresh air to deal with.
