Let me start by saying that the product and original customer service is excellent. However if you return something you will be treated horribly. Most likely by Jerry himself. He does not see you the customer as being first, or working with you. He will manipulate the return situation to his favor and even go against his own documentation. If you do not plan on returning something then you will be fine. Also note he will charge you a 25% re-stocking fee for his items which are not "custom" built. Happy with the product (not for back-packing or ultralight), but extremely dis-satisfied with the customer

This is a company that stands by it’s products. Thanks for helping me get through the winter intact folks. To the person complaining about washer damage: I have been in this situation before and their warranty covers degradation of the bag for *any* reason. This is a great example of how well American industry can work; and they do sell the the US Armed Services. Four stars for a great product and service the fifth star for going above and beyond. Chinese consumers don’t expect quality, durability or good customer service- that’s a feature they provide to the export customer at varying degrees

I bought the super lite freedom shelter. Just got back from snow camping. Excellent bag. Great stitching, material and design. You can wear the bag around camp as a poncho and when you are ready, zip, zip, zip, you're in your sleeping bag. Talked to the owner awhile about his product line. You'll never meet anyone more knowledgeable about his product. He should know, he designed it.

Great warm weather clothing. I have several jackets, the comforter is the best one I've ever had. I'm warm almost instantly, instead of it taking 15 minutes to get warm in my bed. The sleeping bag is the best ever. All their products are made in the United States and the bags are guaranteed. Oh mittens are so warm. I have never been cold in my Wiggy Gear. Customer service is also great.

I bought the Hunter Super Light with hood and rectangular base. I had heard great things about this bag from other chemically sensitive people like me. In this regard, it performs very well and the material is wonderful. BUT this bag has a rating of 0 degrees Farenheit, -40 when you purchase the over bag. And at just 40 degrees, all the seams of the bag start getting cold. At 30 degrees uncomfortably cold. I can't imagine what it will be like at lower temperatures! I sleep in an unheated van. The material does heat up fast with your body temperature; however, the edges of the bag remain cold, letting

This is a small store crammed full of Wiggy stuff with no effort to make it look like Nordstroms. I bought the Ultimate Thule sleeping bag and trusted it to take me deep into the back country. I sleep better in that bag ( with a Sierra Design air mattress underneath) than I do in my own bed. The bag is now 3 years old and I leave it lightly compressed when not being used with no apparent loss of loft.
