The physcian is wonderful. He is patient and thorough. The front office staff on the other hand is an absolutely mess. I personally had to call to schedule the surgery after my appointment and also make payments. After my consultation, it was as if I wasn't acknowledged as coming in at all. The surgical staff and my experience the day of was amazing. My first post operative appointment wait was two hours and we had too wait in the car because they were so behind and the waiting room was full. When I finally got back to see the physician, it was a very quick in and out. He answered my questions

Only rating this a 1 start because of the staff. They are are extremely rude and unpleasant. Each time I’ve payed my bill I’ve been greeted by older women who are not eager to help. They give off an attitude which makes me never want to come back. They only person who has been pleasant is the actual woman who does the billing. She’s a Hispanic female who is extremely well mannered and pleasant to be around. Other than that their staff is a joke.

I met with Dr. Watts in January for breast augmentation, he was well mannered, very nice listened to what I wanted to get done took the time to explain everything he was going to do, I was scheduled for surgery Feb 7th, this Friday I will be two weeks post op and I’m loving my results, along with Dr. Watts his nurses and scheduling staff they are amazing. Thank you Dr.Watts for listening and achieving my goal I feel 100% better about myself couldn’t of done it without you! The best by far and highly recommended.

During this time with Covid we need to worry about simple dr appts but I must say, while I sat in the waiting room, a staff member came out and wiped everything down. That to me was very reassuring and impressive. Dr. Watts was very nice and went out of his way to help me. I would recommend his services. His staff was friendly and very nice.

Every detail of my experience at the office of Dr. David Watts was excellent. The receptionist greeted me in a timely manner and explained the paperwork. The nursing staff on the day of my procedure and my follow up visit were friendly, professional and compassionate. They put me at ease. Dr. Watts was professional but very personable. I left his office feeling confident in his ability to meet my medical needs. I have already referred two people to him and will continue to do so with the utmost confidence in my recommendation.

My husband has had multiple biopsies performed by Dr. Watts over the past 9 years. Dr. Watts is very thorough, completely explained everything and the first procedure performed he biopsied my husband's right cheek and it was cancerous which required re-excision as it extended past the margins. My husband's prior treating dermatologist missed this diagnosis. The area required another excision and then radiation post surgery. I would not trust any other doctor with his care.
