Family First Health Care is a group practice of highly trained primary care physicians specializing in Family Medicine. Our office, in affiliation with Covenant Medical Group, provides comprehensive medical care to Lubbock and the South Plains that includes diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
We provide routine healthcare services to patients of all ages including infants, children, teenagers, adults, and the elderly. Some common visits include physicals examinations and check-ups, vaccinations, Flu and Strep testing, diabetic screening, minor surgical procedures, and minor emergencies.

Services
At FamilyFirst Healthcare we emphasize comprehensive care in one setting, and we have the technology to diagnose a wide variety of medical conditions. This includes routine gynecological care and pap smears, family planning, menopausal care, osteoporosis detection and treatment, and general medical care that stresses the unique differences of female healthcare.
Walk-ins are for acute care needs only: common cold, flu, strep, upper respiratory and urinary tract infections, to name a few. If you are needing medication refills or a referral, you will need a scheduled appointment. If you are seen as a walk-in, without an appointment, you may not be seen by your primary care physician.
Patient Portal allows you to communicate with us easily, safely, and securely over the Internet. Patient Portal is provided at no additional cost to you and is an optional service - you can opt in or out at any time, although we do recommend using it to all of our patients. The Portal is typically used by FamilyFirst HealthCare patients to review their test results, view visit summaries, and send/receive secure messages to/from FamilyFirst.

Dr Landry and his nurse Julie do a wonderful job and keeping me healthy. The front office are always nice and do everything to help you. You also never feel any pain from the lady that takes your blood samples and give you a shot ! My wife also loves this place, when ever she is sick they get her right in to see Doctor Rozean and his PA April.
