Highly recommended on all levels!!! I came here to have them look at my T-430 Lenovo laptop after it went dead and wouldn't reboot. Robbie said he would look at it and call me back. He called me a few hours later and informed me that the mother board was gone and recommended that instead of replacing it I should recover the data and get a newer laptop. He didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. He even found me some good deals for newer model Lenovo's on Craigslist. I decided to pass on the hard drive extraction and data recovery until I have gotten another opinion. In any case

I had a gaming PC that just stopped working. First I went to Staples and their tech guy said it was the power supply but he didn't have any parts. Then I looked on Yelp and found Geek Force. They scheduled me right away. Robbie explained they would diagnose the problem and call me the next day. He called as promised and as it turned out it was a bad RAM stick, not the power supply.
Robbie added new RAM and got it back up and running.

I accidentally spilled flour all over my keyboard. Of course, I panicked and I immediately called Geek Force. Tyler answered the phone and right away said he can clean it that same day. I went in and I was out in literally 5 minutes. Best of all, Tyler used a special machine to blow out all particles in my keyboard free of charge!! Wow! Great customer service. Very nice guy. Go here for your laptop/computer needs.

I visited them on a Saturday and believe I met with the owner. He was friendly and helpful. I brought in my Macbook Air because I had stripped a couple of the screws while trying to remove the cover. The owner made a quick attempt at removing the stripped screws, and unable to do so, provided me with a fair quote on a more involved process to remove the screws. He also educated me on the challenges to replacing the keyboard on the Macbook Air, which I was unaware of. I'd rate them helpful and trustworthy.

I've been here twice now for various problems with my laptop. I can't remember the name of the first guy I met, but today I met with Tyler. What I really appreciate about this place is how comfortable you feel! A few other reviewers mentioned how they felt like they were just talking to a friend. Same here. I am clueless with tech stuff, but they way they engage and explain things, you don't feel like you are talking to some "tech rep", but a friend. They throw in helpful info and resources and in my case, helped replace some missing screws in my laptop

I searched a few places that could help me with data recovery for my computer's hard drive and saw this location had some great reviews. And now I am more than happy to add to them because this place really lived up to their 5-star rating.

These guys are awesome! Had a terrible virus on in my laptop. Was informed that laptop fixes are just a simple flat rate opposed to competitor's "by the hour" charges that potentially could be a ripoff.

I had two hard drives that I used as backups for my Mac. They stopped being accessible. They would not mount and so I couldn't access any files on the drives. Even after I got a new MacBook Pro I couldn't access the drives.
Took it in to Geek Force and Kevin understood the problem right away. He offered a solution and possible outcomes - best case scenario to worst case.
He was able to transfer ALL the files from the drives onto a new drive I had provided. He reformatted the old drives so they would function correctly.
He kept me up to date with phone calls and I had the drives
