Your input is a crucial part of the planning process. Each of my clients has a different financial and family situation, which is why I will review your asset base and family structure (i.e., first marriage, minor children, blended family, single, etc.), before suggesting any services.

You will be happy and satisfied with my ability to prepare a variety of trusts such as a revocable living trust, irrevocable life insurance trust, family dynasty trust, charitable trust, and other trust agreements suited to your specific needs.

These are your decisions to make, regardless of what you choose for your care, and the decisions are based on your personal values, preferences, and discussions with your loved ones.
When you are creating an estate plan to prepare for the future, it is crucial to address who will handle your affairs for you in the event you become incapacitated or otherwise unable to handle your own affairs. As an estate planning lawyer with over 37 years of experience, I strongly recommend you have a general durable power of attorney as part of your estate planning documents.

If you are way over your head from suffering a loss and need to have the estate probate handled, I would not hesitate to reccomend D'Onofrio law offices to anyone. I tragically lost both of my parents in the span of 8 months and also had to deal with obtaining guardianship of my minor brother, and John D'Onofrio helped me through the entire process. He is such a kind and caring soul, and treated me like a person instead of a client with a check like many other lawyers usually do. He genuinely cares about his clients. His offices are beautiful and easy to get to--and I would rate his services 1

Mr. D’Onofrio was excellent with my sister and I. He provided all the information we needed to handle our situation. He even continued to consult with us well beyond our allotted 1 hour free consultation time. I would HIGHLY recommend his law office to anyone needing assistance in the future!!

Mr. D'Onofrio and his staff were wonderful to our family. My parents established a trust many years through the law firm and a recent family situation made it necessary to update the trust. They were very sensitive to our needs, explained all of the options clearly which helped us make best choices. We were very satisfied with the help we received.
