Since 1977, Genesis has strived to provide quality home medical equipment to our patients. As your source for home medical supplies and equipment, our company is committed to providing you with the utmost in product quality and customer service. We strive to make our customers' buying experiences as pleasant and as efficient as possible.

We deliver right to your door from any of our thirteen locations or we can drop ship to your home with UPS. We bill Medicare, Medicaid, workers' compensation, and other major insurance companies, free of charge, for our products and services.
Services
We offer a wide range of home medical equipment and supplies; we can also special order many hard to find items. Are performed by our technicians or respiratory therapists depending on the clinical need. They will be scheduled daily or on an as-needed basis. 24-hour emergency service is provided. Arrangements for service are made ASAP for what is convenient for the customer.
Genesis has an excellent home apnea monitor program. The use of an apnea monitor will allow parents and caregivers another way to monitor newborns who require a closer watch on a baby's breathing and heart rate. TENS therapy allows patients another alternative treatment to control chronic, intractable pain.

Have been trying for several months to get them to get my son's incontinence supplies delivered to us. Every month it is a different excuse as to why they haven't been delivered. I will be finding another supplier. Very bad customer service.

These people are extremely unprofessional and they violated my HIPAA rights. Instead of calling me to say they needed me to get doctor notes for my insurance company to pay for my cpap machine the lady in billing calls my doctor and scheduled an appointment for me without my consent. Then she calls and tells me when I'm supposed to go to my appointment. What's even more infuriating is my doctor's office allowed this to happen. I call and file a complaint with Genesis and I'm told they will call me to follow up. I get a call from Christine who is supposedly the manager of respiratory care. She goes

I highly recommend them. I've never experienced a problem with them. They are right here when I need anything. Their staff is friendly and helpful. They're awesome!

The employees along with James the owner of this franish discriminates and treats the people in the community has second class citizens. They will do everything they can to send the patient wrong supplies refuses to turn in paper work to have vital supplies filled. They lie coming and going and they will try to extort the citizens of this community even though if u have insurance and percipition. They really need to be boycotted and new ownership is much needed.. they are corrupt and I don't recommend doing business with them.

That place is filled with crooks! Stay away from there at all cost! They prey on the people in scioto county Ohio. So sad that portsmouth ohio is filled with corrupt business such as them. I'm really surprised they haven't been sued yet!

Terrible service. Had my script for medical equipment that I needed at home. After almost a month they couldn't find my script, couldn't find my information, nothing. Very unprofessional, would not recommend this company.

I was fired from this company on 2/23/16 when I went into premature labor with my daughter. The companies reason: No Call no show even though I had reported on Friday that I was being placed into the hospital immediately during to pregnancy complications. On 2/22 and 2/23 I was in the hospital and gave birth to my beautiful baby girl. The company fired me via mailed letter, has refused to give me my final paycheck, and will not return calls and/or emails. I had never missed a day of work or been written up for any infraction. I have now filed a claim with the dept of labor for failing to give last
