Smith and Son is proud of our preventative maintenance service that is available to all of our commercial, industrial and institutional customers. Like any other equipment, basic maintenance is a must for long life and proper efficiency. Our preventative maintenance program is based on "hands on" maintenance procedures that are designed to stop problems before they start.
Smith and Son represents and installs all major brands of heating and air conditioning equipment products and systems for the commercial and industrial customer including: LG, Carrier, York, Trane, Lennox, and more. We offer a wide range of designs including: VAV, D/X, chilled water systems, fuel gas and oil-fired hydronic boilers, heat pumps, high-efficiency forced-air furnaces, as well as low-intensity infrared heaters.
T.E Smith and Son employs a computer-actuated plasma cutter for custom duct cutting and fabrication. With this technology, we are able to offer our customers computerized cut to order sheet metal products and custom fabricated duct work at low prices. The plasma cutter is a robotic device that cuts sheet metal by means of a computer-programmed delivery system.
