My mother was visiting Memphis and had trouble with her hearing aids. Her audiologist contacted Memphis Audiology to see if they could help. They were extremely helpful, servicing the hearing aids without charge. Dr. Bell and her assistant Ms. Harris were very helpful and clearly dedicated to helping people with their hearing issues. I highly recommend this practice.

Omg there are so many great things I can say about this place, but I’ll start by saying Jessie Bell is an AWESOME Audiologist. Jessie saw me on 5/31/18 and discovered that I had a slight hearing loss after giving me a hearing test. She advised me to keep my ears clean and well protected at all times. I returned to her on 7/16/18 for another hearing exam and amazingly my hearing increased in my right ear by 5dB. I was in shock. Not only is she a great doctor she’s also very affordable. My experience at Memphis Audiology was excellent. I had been to a couple of other Audiologists and Jessica Bell seemed to me to be the most knowledgeable. The state of the art sound booth she had invested in is very impressive. It certainly felt like I was in good hands. I am hearing great now and look forward to continuing to hear great!
