These guys made themselves available to do a short notice detail on a wheelchair van that was being given to a familyn I need of handicap access vehical.did an amazing job and were very professional. Because of them a family gets a vehicle to transport there wheelchair bound daughter to there appointments.

Honestly just stop looking, this is where you want to bring your car for a detail. I went all in with the complete package, it was probably the first time the paint had ever been worked on in 9 years and 140k miles, and I'm floored at how much better it looks. It's shining like a brand new car. All the minor imperfections and swirling are gone, and so many of the larger scratches too. And the interior detail, literally couldn't have asked for more. A++++

Feb 5 2020. I Decided to change my Rating to 4 Star. My 1 Star was not fair to the hard workers that do the cars at Pacific. They do a great job on your car. Especially inside. My personal Opinion of how Ed made me feel should not have been a part of the Rating for the full Service.
1st Visit..3 Stars.. "Did you see how bad your car was when you bought it in, We got 98% of it" This is what the Manager Ed said as he was wiping when the dirt I showed him in the seals of the doors. Something I Specifically requested attention to. He made me feel like he was trying to say a little dirt was ok. It

We brought both our cars here. One had a leak which caused mold on the carpets and when we got it back it was like brand new. The second vehicle hauls a husky around so lots dog hair and dirty carpets, got it back and looks amazing you’d never know a dog or kids were hauled around. Definitely recommend them!

They are supposed to be only with appointments, however the gentleman fit me into their busy schedule to accommodate my needs. I paid about half of what other places wanted, and the work was exceptional. I was told my vehicle would be ready at around 2pm and it was ready to take home by 1:45pm.
Exceptional service. I would recommend them to anyone.
As far as work detail goes, I had mold underneath and on the sides of my seats due to a water leakage in the vehicle. Every speck I saw was gone in the areas I paid for and they didn't require me to have a wax like every other place I called.

Bought my wife a gift certificate for Mother's Day. To have the outside and inside details. I have to admit my expectation wasn't very high. I figured I'd get a good car wash and wax and a vacuum and a wipe down in the inside.
The 2006 Tucson was not in the best shape. When we picked the car up we were amazed at the outstanding job they did. I have to admit the inside look like we had just bought it. Every crack and nook was cleaned very well. The outside looked like it was new keeping in mind that it is a 2006. The customer service was great the people were nice and took extra time with us. I
