I reached out for an estimate for a glass to be replaced in an exterior door. They replied asking for information and photos. After asking the location, they decided to not to do the job. I'm not sure what the location has to do with an estimate or performing but I'm not sure you would want to use a company that discriminates based on location.

Boy getting an actual quote is difficult in this area but not with Planet Glass. They are the third company I had contacted to install glass for my shower. I called and after giving them details to include a photo and dimensions I received a quote in less than 30 minutes. They then came over and measured. The product was ordered while they were there too. I received the installation of the shower doors in two weeks. Calvin is extremely reliable, reasonable, and excels in customer service and professionalism. More companies could learn from him. His whole team was very helpful and professional

If you’re looking for glass shower doors Planet Glass is your place! After two other quotes one we received after calling a week later and another we’re still waiting on (1 month) these guys gave me a quote by phone within 30 minutes! It did not change after they came to measure and they placed the order while at my house. He has an eye for details too none of the others did. Highly recommend Calvin and his marvelous team.

Sadly our home was damaged after dealing with this company. The company has refused to provide a refund or make things work. At this moment on 8/17 @2:20pmCST , they havent even responded back to my last email several days ago. We have had to dispute the charge with our bank, file a complaint with the BBB, and provide bad reviews. We are now out of over 1000$ because of this company. SO PLEASE BE AWARE .

From the start, Calvin was so helpful in helping me determine what kind of shower door I would need, giving recommendations, asking questions, providing quick information, options, and responses.
