The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because of Arturo! Excellent customer service!! Bright young man and has excellent communication skills! People upfront needs to get a pen and paper and take notes from Arturo!! He didn’t take no for an answer. He even helped us find the diagrams for our machine!!! I don't write reviews typically but people need to know just how BAD this place is. Their return policy is horrible and unfair. I was sent the wrong part but they blamed me for ordering the wrong part. So I had to pay to send it back plus they will deduct the shipping I paid to send me the part so it will cost be over $35 just to get an item they sent me that was wrong. I've been waiting on a refund for 3 weeks. Horrible service please steering clear. Also they took a full 7 days to ship my WRONG item to be in the first place!

I hate to write negative reviews, but my entire experience was bad enough to justify it. On 11/21/2021 I placed an online order through their "Kawasaki Engine Store" site. On 11/24/2021 I sent a request for order status through their ticketing system (ID 513) and never received a response. On 11/30/2021 I called and spoke to a customer service representative. They could not explain why my ticket (ID 513) was never answered, but told me two parts on my order were unavailable and the rest would be shipped by Thursday 12/2/2021. On 12/6/2021 I called and again spoke to a customer service representative

Supplanting my review of 11/17/2021, I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General against Power Mower Corp., d/b/a Power Mower Sales and its principal officer, for fraudulent web sales transactions. As evidence thereof, I have referred the Attorney General's office to this website and the vast number of complaints that have been posted to the site. Whether they will take any action (e.g., revocation of Power Mower Sales corporate status; force Power Mower Sales to refund monies to wronged customers, etc.) is yet to be seen,.

Not a good experience. Placed an online order for a bagger. They canceled the order saying it was flagged for fraud, but would not provide instructions on an alternate payment method. Still haven’t received a refund.
When I asked to order the item again, they said I could use pay pal but provided no direction on how to proceed. Then they mentioned at the last minute that shipping would be $200 rather than the $15.99 shipping that the item specifically indicated. Customer service, both phone and email, were very scarce and quite frankly not forthcoming or honest at all.

Their customer service is nonexistent, Their shipping SUCKS, I don't know why anyone would use these guys or how there even still in business, I suspect most folks are like me and order a part and want it ASAP to repair something and not just buying in August so you hopefully have it by next spring, I placed my order last week and still hasn't shipped so I ordered it off Amazon and will be cutting grass tomorrow,I do not recommend PMS and won't ever use them again

This is kind of a scam outfit really... They operate a bunch of sites masquerading as authorized factory outlets. They don't actually stock the parts in house. For example. I went to one of their sites, ferrispartsdepot.com, and made an order. I wasn't given any indication the parts weren't in stock. I paid up front, just like any order, and after some time not hearing anything I called their phone number with my order number.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY....Ordered a quick chute blocker for my mower over a week ago. No updated shipping, not even showing a order in my account but they did charge my American Express almost two weeks ago. Called them, was told they have no idea, is a drop shipment from the manufacture and that she would have to call me back. I was basically hung up on. I never heard back, I sent emails and also a notice to them through my account with no response. I have contacted American Express and they have reversed charges against the company and are in the process of refunding my funds to my card

I cannot stress enough how much I would urge you to avoid shopping at this business. They absolutely do not care about their customers. I purchased a Bag Frame for my Craftsman Mower for $27.99, plus $25 shipping, for a total of $52.99 out of pocket. I didn't mind, as I thought I would be getting the part I needed. The part I received however, does not fit my mower, and doesn't even match the image on their website.

Difficult to business with PMS. Ordered a accessory part for my new Husqvarna mower that claimed was in stock, as posted they are a authorized Husqvarna dealer. Three months later no part, I tried to cancel the order via email and two business days later I get a Fedex alert that the ordered item had a shipping label. It still didn't leave there shop for two more days. PMS was contacted again and they said it was shipped. Then the shipping nightmare started with FEDEX. Despite all the negative reviews, i really tried to give them a chance. I don't understand how they are in still in business. My mower sat there for nearly two weeks and they never looked at it. I called about 4 times during that period and either sat on hold for an hour or more, or they would tell me it wasn't ready. I showed up there and they still hadn't even looked at it. They had the part and told me it would be fixed in 10 min. So I finally get home, go to use my mower and it still wasn't fixed! They charged me and lied to my face. I finally received my parts and the nut and bolt that I waited for so long won't work. The bolt won't fit through the assembly and the nut doesn't fit the bolt. According to the package, they have the correct part number based on the documentation online. I waited a long time because Power Motor Sales had to order these parts, even though there was no indication online that these parts weren't in stock. I'll never order from here again. Between my three calls to follow up on my order, I waited more than 2 hours on hold to even talk to someone.

I am a commercial mowing contractor. I ordered parts on May 15th. They charged my card on May 15. 10 days later, the order still wasn't filled. When I called them as to the delay, they said they were waiting for some parts to come in.

Horrible company! I called for a part for a tractor i was about to buy, they said they had the part and gave me the part number. I called after i bought the tractor, gave the part number they gave me, confirmed it was the part i needed and ordered the part. When i received the part it was the wrong part. I called to inform them about the error, they said it was my fault because i gave them the part number when i ordered. I had to pay for shipping to return the part, and they are charging a 15% restocking fee for THEIR error. I shipped the part back, USPS confirmed it was delivered on Friday

I ordered 46" Mulching blades and they sent me a package marked 46" but it had 12 inch blades inside their package. I have been trying to get them to correct their error and Sabrina promised me the correct blades would be sent, It has been 12 days and now they want me to order the correct blades...

I moved down south to homestead and could not find a shop like this down here that could help me. I was looking for a place locally to purchase some parts for my 30" snapper rear engine rider. I came across this place. I knew I needed the serial number and other details of the mower so that they could help me. I went in and in less than 10mins had the parts I needed (friction disc, belts, filter, ignition and gas cap).
What I did notice was that customers who came in wanted the service rep to be clairvoyant and know what type of equipment they had by giving them a description or a picture
