ProSys Servo Filling Systems has designed and manufactured manual, semiautomatic and fully automated filling equipment since 1985. Our systems are designed for filling cartridges, squeeze tubes, syringes, rigid and custom containers. We have served the Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Adhesive, Sealant and Grease Industries for over 35 years.
The PF10 with speeds to 100 tubes per minute has a 10 station dial which allows for additional post filling options making it a great fit for the pharmaceutical industry. The RT60 with speeds to 70 tubes per minute has a compact 8 station dial and will fill a variety of sizes and styles of tubes with the option to fill plastic and metal tubes on one system.
ProSys syringe filling systems are designed to work with a variety of closing options. Whether it be a rod handle, piston or cap our engineers can design a system to fit your syringe filling needs. The RS8 syringe filler with speeds to 60 syringes per minute has a compact 8 station dial and will fill and close a variety of syringe styles.
The R210/30 is a dual head filling systems capable of filling 10 or 30 oz fiber or plastic cartridges with speeds to 80 cartridges per minute. The R110/30 is a unique filling system capable of filling 10 and 30 oz cartridges on the same system with quick changeovers between sizes. The RM110 is a compact filling system for 10 and 14 oz fiber and plastic cartridges with speeds to 60 cartridges per minute.
The KDC-M Chub Filling System with speeds to 10 Chubs per minute. The KDC-M is a compact and efficient choice for short run low volume Chub Filling applications. ProSys chub / sausage filling systems are designed provide a compact and efficient choice for chub / sausage filling applications to run 5 to 32 ounce chubs / sausages.
