Been here for over 2 hours for a simple drug test and pyshical.. from what i can tell from the previous reviews a 2-3 hour wait time is to be expected even with less than 10 people in the waiting room.. Not to mention people came in after me and were seen before me, keeping in mind all I needed was a simple pee test and I would be on my merry way.

I understand that they are very busy. The parking lot is full. I called in at 11:54 to check in they told me it was a 2 hour wait to register. Called back two hours later to see how much longer and the had not even put me on the list. The lady that answered said she was going to put in in the Q the time I said I called in. So 35 minutes later still nothing. I have to return back to work and can’t until I get the test. Called again to check and see where I was in line and sat on hold for 9 minutes to find out they still have not got to my name. Again I understand that they are crazy busy. But

Have been to the facility before and service has been fine. Went last night around 8:15 (internet listing says they are open until 9) and was greeted at the door and told we stopped seeing patients at 7:30 because we've been so busy. There were 7 cars in the parking lot, I'm sure some belonged to staff. First, post it to your website accordingly so I don't waste my time and gas. Secondly, if it's that busy due to illness how about you consider extending hours since you're in the field of helping people.

I been getting my DOT physical there for years. I recently got my latest one. Very professional staff , the wait was a little long but was to be expected. This is a very busy facility, this is not a reason for a negative review.

Friendly staff, but a post-visit paperwork nightmare means I won't be coming back anytime soon. My problem originated when PTC failed to provide discharge paperwork, including a copy of the referral they had made. I was later told PTC Walk-In Care "doesn't do" discharge paperwork. Unfortunately, the fax for the referral (for time-sensitive treatment) failed to get through to UVA (after several attempts). Trying to get a copy of the referral (to drive it myself to Charlottesville) proved problematic and required being obnoxiously persistent while waiting several hours since they don't keep copies

Is there a way to give 0 stars???
My mom-who is on oxygen. Waited 2.5 hours to be seen in the parking lot. So she took a nap while waiting. When they called to check her in-my sister had to wake her up to ask what pharmacy she uses and since she was sleeping-they said she was too lethargic to be seen there. The doctor refused to see her. I called and asked if they could at least examine her before deciding that she was too lethargic-but they still refused. I assume it's because they were closing in 2 hours-even though we were waiting for 2.5 hours. It's not like we just showed up.
My mom is extremely

Went to PTC back in August due to some stomach issues and while the long wait times were to be expected being it was a walk in service and with Covid going on! Dr. Dustin Allen took great care of me and showed concern for me and in my opinion with most physicians thats rare nowadays! Thank you Dr. Allen for the kindness you showed me during my visit!

They’re super helpful at the front desk in regards to instruction for covid testing. I was given a wait time of 2-3 hours but they saw me in a little over an hour. The nurse I spoke with was very friendly. And the doctor only visited briefly but was knowledgeable. Overall, a great visit!

Horrible experience. I recently went there on a Sunday and my wait time was 3 hours my combined time there arriving and leaving 5hrs. Everyone seems over worked which appears they are truly to exhausted to care. I called back 1day later and the return time for a call back 24-48hours. That is unheard of for a nurse to call you back. When you follow up within that time frame basically your message gets pushed along to whatever staff seen you that day. In my case my attending staff is off which now means waiting another 24-48hours for a call back.
