The staff was very friendly and attentive. I went for cool-sculpting, so I can only comment on that service and area of the clinic. The amenities were nice, but not over the top fancy. I've been to many similar spas/clinics for these type services and some try way too hard to be chic/upscale to the point of making the client feel uncomfortable sometimes. Not here! The atmosphere was laid back. The facility was clean. The staff was down to earth and fun. My appointment was completed in a timely fashion. The receptionist is rude and condescending. She treats you as if you are beneath her if you are unfamiliar with the location of Oyster House. She seems very pleased with the fact that they are located across from this restaurant and is unable to give directions without using it as a reference. As for prepaying $100 just to make an appt I am very uncomfortable giving my cc information over the phone to someone who also have my DOB and other critical information. I recommend you adopt a policy and email an invoice that potential customers can pay safely online.

Felicia did a great job with my massage. I have had a lot of massages over the years and I can say hands down she is one of the top massage therapist I have had.
